ICFOSS scheduled a walk-in Interview for the selection of resources in the DST project “Fostering Equity in Science Classrooms Adaptive Tools for Visually Challenged Learners”.

Technical Assistant


BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.



6 months of relevant experience.

Should have experience in:


(1) Designing and development of adaptive electronic devices.


(2) Using Arduino and Raspberry Pi, and be capable of designing and prototyping electronic circuits for adaptive devices.

Project Associate-I



BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.



18 Months of relevant experience.

Should have experience in:


(1) Designing and development of adaptive electronic devices.


(2) Using Arduino and Raspberry Pi and be capable of independently designing and prototyping electronic circuits for adaptive devices.


(3) Capable of troubleshoot circuits and implement appropriate corrections independently.


(4) Handling PCB design and provide support for PCB manufacturing if required.

BTech in Mechanical Engineering.



3 years of relevant experience.`

Should have experience in:


(1) Design (3D Modeling), fabrication and development of adaptive devices.


(2) Proficient in a good CAD Tool.

  1. Should be skilled in conducting independent literature reviews and contributing to articles and journals.

  2. Should have excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

  3. Familiarity with Braille standards and prior experience in developing Braille-enabled devices is preferred
