Job Description

The engagement of resources is purely on contract basis for the current year project.

Date: 23^rd August 2023

Reporting Time: 9.30 AM – 10.30 AM

Venue : ICFOSS, Swatantra, Sports Hub, Karyavattom, Thiruvananthapuram.

1. Engagement will be purely on contract basis.

2. Good knowledge and experience in FOSS Technologies.

The candidates are required to produce the Resume, Passport size Photograph and all Certiﬁcates (PG/UG/+2/10) in original and a copy of the same, at the time of Interview. The candidates, who are not reporting at the above mentioned time will not be allowed to attend the interview.

1. Paid Internship

A walk-in-interview is conducting for fresh graduates/Diploma/ITI holders who are interested in FOSSH technologies for engaging as interns for a maximum period of 6 months. This will benefit the students in kick starting their career. The internship will enable hands-on experience to the potential FOSSH developers. The remuneration will be Rs.15000/- per month.

Essential qualifications

BTech/BSc/Diploma/ITI (Electronics/Electrical/Comp. Sc/IT/Mechanical)/BCA/ B.Voc (IT/CS related Branches)/ BA (English/Tamil)/BCom

Projects	Skill Sets
Cyber Security	Knowledge on Operating systems, Networking, Cloud Computing and Network Architecture Programming with C/C++, Java, Python SQL and NoSQL databases Knowledge on System Audit, VPN, Firewalls and IoT Linux Programming, Ethical Hacking Preference may be given to candidates who successfully completed their final year project in Cyber Security.
Open IoT	C/C++/Python/Go Programming knowledge PCB Design Knowledge Arduino/STM controller base knowledge LoRaWAN/BLE/GSM/Wifi module integration knowledge Knowledge in ML Preferences may be given to candidates who has exposure/knowledge in the open hardware ecosystem and who successfully completed their final year project in IoT.
Open Drone	Drone assembly and testing Knowledge C/C++/Python/Go Programming Language knowledge Drone Flying practice Arduino/STM Programming knowledge PCB Design Knowledge Preference may be given to candidates who successfully completed their final year project in Drone technologies

Incubation	Knowledge in FOSS Business Solutions. Technical writing. Facility Management.

2. Apprentice

A walk-in-interview is conducting for fresh graduates/Diploma holders who are interested in FOSSH technologies for engaging as Apprentices for a maximum period of 1 year. This will benefit the students in kick starting their career. This will enable hands-on experience to the potential FOSSH developers. The remuneration will be Rs.10000/ Rs.9000 per month.
