Winter School for Women
International Centre for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS) is organising Winter School for Women on Unstructured data analytics & Natural Language Processing (NLP) from Jan 6th to 18th 2020, as an initiative to improve women participation in FOSS communities. Winter School is a part of our effort to improve technical capability and understanding of free software. Though this, ICFOSS expects to mould women champions for free software.
Sessions on free software awareness and gender issues in technology has also been included as part of this 12-day long programme. The scheduled Winter School is intended for Post Graduate students, Research scholars, Faculty and Professionals from industry. ICFOSS aspire to make this a national event by inviting prominent speakers from the academic community and the industry.
