The International Centre for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS), under the Government of Kerala, is pleased to announce the fourth edition of its Residential Program, the “Winter School for Women 2023” , scheduled to take place from February 6th to 18th, 2023 at the ICFOSS Sports Hub, Karyavattom, Trivandrum. We are proud to present this program "In partnership with Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC). This program is an initiative aimed at increasing the participation of women in Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) communities.

The 12-day program will feature sessions on FOSS awareness and gender issues in technology and is intended for post-graduate students, research scholars, faculty members, and professionals from industry. ICFOSS aspires to make this a national event by inviting prominent speakers from the academic community and from the industry. Through this program, ICFOSS hopes to cultivate women leaders in the field of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS).
