ICFOSS is organizing a two day workshop on FOSS based Financial
Acccounting System, GNUKhata, during 29-30 January 2016 at ICFOSS
office.
GNUKhata, (www.gnukhata.in) is a
Free and Open Source (FOSS) based financial accounting and book
keeping software. It is an industry quality product developed by a
community of programmers, domain experts and analysts, with a view to
providing a viable FOSS based alternative for accounting. Today, it is
being used by several institutions, organizations and small business
groups. Since GNUKhata is also free of cost, it is expected that there
will be substantial increase in its use in the future.
This workshop is targeted at accountants, book keepers, NGOs, PSUs
and small business groups. It aims at providing the participants with
the knowledge for a complete, end to end accounting & book keeping
application for an enterprise.
