Advanced Training on GNU/R Completed
2 August 2011. The Advanced training programme jointly organized by ICFOSS and the Department of Statistics, University of Kerala, was conducted on 1-2 August 2011, with a very positive response. In all 55 participants consisting of students, faculty, and industry representatives took part in the training programme. It was heartening to note that even some retired faculty members took part in the training. There was much appreciation of the sessions which where handled by Dr. Sudha Purohit from the University of Pune.
