Basic Syllabus Overview

Online Sessions (Days 1-3): 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• Drone Fundamentals: Learn the history, types, and applications of drones

• Regulations and Safety: Understand global and local regulations, and essential safety practices

• Flight Theory & Design: Grasp flight dynamics, aerodynamics, and key components

• Software & Mission Basics: Introduction to software setup, calibration, and autonomous mission planning

Offline Sessions (Days 4-6): 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Drone Assembly: Build your drone, install and configure essential components

• Flight Practice: Master basic and advanced flight maneuvers in supervised sessions

• Autonomous Flight Execution: Practice autonomous missions with waypoint navigation

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Learn essential upkeep and troubleshooting techniques

• ICFOSS Lab Visit: Explore real-world applications of drones in a hands-on lab setting

Terms & Conditions:

1. Workshop fee is non-refundable.

2. Participants should bring their laptops for practical sessions with Ubuntu as OS.

3. Full attendance for all six days is mandatory to receive the completion certificate.

4. In the case of inclement weather or other unforeseen events, ICFOSS reserves the right to reschedule outdoor activities or portions of the workshop.
