Malayalam ChatBot

ICFOSS developed a Malayalam Chat-Bot, which interacts with the system users, like a human conversational partner in MALAYALAM. A chatbot can be used as a conversational agent which gives information to the public.

This Malayalam Chat-Bot, has been designed with a purpose of exchanging information about the Kerala Government’s Social Security schemes, online to the common man. The  Chatbot has the capability to communicate with the users regarding the various social security schemes initiated by the State government of Kerala. This hybrid chatbot has also been integrated with phonetic malayalam keyboard for user easiness.

The Malayalam chat-bot can be integrated with any webportal and can also be scaled such that it can be used for providing any interactive chatbot services to the public
